Access & Account Security
Account security is a top priority. Before accessing services, ensure you understand the login procedures and basic profile management.
Registration & Login
- 1Login: Use your registered email and password.
- 2Register: Valid data (Phone No./Email) is required for verification.
Profile Management
- AClick avatar in top right corner → Profile.
- BUpdate Password periodically for security.
Main Dashboard
The Dashboard is your "Command Center". Here you can view a summary of service status in real-time.
Service Ordering
Navigate to Order
Click the Order menu or 'Order New Service' button on the dashboard.
Select Category
Choose Hosting, VPS, or Digital Products according to your needs.
Configuration
Determine billing cycle (Monthly/Yearly) and enter domain.
Checkout
Make payment. Service activates automatically (Instant Activation).
Service Management
Hosting & VPS
Full access to control panel (cPanel/Pterodactyl) directly from Client Area.
Digital Products
Account credentials (Email/Pass) or access tokens will appear on the service detail page.
Warranty Feature (New)
Specially marked products are protected by replacement/repair warranty. You can monitor warranty status directly from service details.
Warranty Status:
How to Claim: If status is Active, a Claim Warranty button will appear on the service page. Click to submit an automatic claim.
Finance & Billing
Top Up System
Top up balance once for easy recurring automatic payments.
Invoice & Due Date
Services will be automatically suspended **1 day** after due date if invoice is unpaid.
