Technical support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
User Account
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
- Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account
- Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized account use
Payment & Billing
Payment Policy:
- Payments must be made according to the selected period
- Services will be activated after payment confirmation
- No refunds for services already used
- Late payments may result in service suspension

CenaHost is not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, war, or events beyond our control.
