Account Access & Security
Your account security is our priority. Here's how to access and secure your CenaHost account.
Registration & Login
Login to Client Area
Use your registered email and password to sign in to the CenaHost Client Area.
Register New Account
Sign up with valid information. Use an active email to receive verification and service notifications.
Profile Management
Access Profile
Click your avatar in the top right corner → select Profile to manage your account info.
Update Password
Update your password regularly to keep your account secure. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Main Dashboard
The dashboard is your Command Center. Monitor all services, invoices, and account activity in one place.

Ordering Services
Order new services easily in 4 simple steps.
Navigate to Order
Click Order in the sidebar or Order New Service on the dashboard.
Choose Category
Select your desired service category: Hosting, VPS, or Digital Products.
Configuration
Choose your billing cycle (monthly/yearly) and set up the domain for hosting services.
Checkout & Payment
Complete payment via available methods. Your service will be activated instantly after payment is confirmed.

Manage all your active services directly from the Client Area.

Access control panels directly from Client Area. On the service detail page, you'll find:

Essential steps to manage your web hosting via cPanel.
Accessing cPanel
Two ways to access cPanel:
- •Via Client Area: Use the Auto Login button on the hosting service detail page.
- •Direct URL: Access domain.com:2083 and log in with credentials sent via email.
Directory Structure
- •public_html — Main directory for your primary domain.
- •Subdomains and addon domains have their own folders inside public_html.
Upload Website (.ZIP)
- Open File Manager in cPanel.
- Navigate to public_html.
- Click Upload and select your .ZIP website file.
- After upload, right-click the file → Extract.
- Ensure index.html or index.php is directly in public_html.
MySQL Database
- Create a new database and user via MySQL Databases in cPanel.
- Import your .sql file through phpMyAdmin.
- Configure database connection in your site's .env or config file.
PHP Version & SSL
- •PHP Version: Use MultiPHP Manager to change PHP version as needed.
- •SSL Certificate: Run AutoSSL from SSL/TLS Status menu to enable free HTTPS.
Troubleshooting
Blank White Page (Error 500)
Check PHP version in MultiPHP Manager. Ensure it matches your app requirements (e.g., Laravel needs PHP 8.1+).
404 Not Found
Ensure index.html / index.php is in the root of public_html, not inside a subfolder.
