15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
CenaHost provides a 15-day money-back guarantee for new customers on shared hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 15 days of activation, you are entitled to request a full refund with no questions asked.
Refund Requirements
Requests must be submitted within 15 days of the service activation date. The service must be a first-time purchase (not a renewal). Your account must not have violated our terms and conditions. Refunds only apply to hosting fees and do not include setup fees or additional services.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please create a support ticket through the client panel with the subject "Refund Request". Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to: domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, renewal services, and services that have been used for more than 15 days. Domain fees are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of domain registration.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund process takes 5-14 business days depending on the payment method.
